Working Student Position

Interested in a Career with Horses?

At the core of our staff are working students, girls and women of differing ages and experiences who are passionate about an equestrian career. They are responsible for the upkeep and care of all horses and barns. In return they are previewed with a weekly stipend, riding lessons, housing, and the opportunity to work alongside and learn from some of the worlds top trainers, riders, and horses.

Their position includes but is not limited to:

  • On-site housing in fully furnished studio apartments
  • 2 riding lessons per week on our schoolmasters
  • Opportunity for independent ride time
  • Use of a vehicle
  • Weekly Stipend
  • Endless Education

The goal of this program is to educate and raise up the next generation of equestrians. No prior horse experience is required, as long as they are hardworking and dedicated to learning. They are required to live on site and stay for a minimum of 3 months, during which they learn about equine care, medical, showing, braiding, grooming, riding, the sport of dressage, feeding, barn care, and more.
